1. What Student Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum required information necessary to conduct live online classes: Student Full Name, Date of Birth (to verify age appropriateness for the course level), optional gender, Parent/Guardian contact details (Full Name, Relationship, 10-digit Mobile Number, optional alternate number), and optional special learning requirements.
2. Why This Information Is Needed
Information is collected solely to allocate students into age-appropriate small interactive batches, manage educator scheduling, issue course completion acknowledgements, and provide direct parent support.
3. How Google Identity Is Used & Protected
We require one verified Google account per enrolment using official Google OpenID Connect. We store only the stable Google subject identifier (sub) and verified email address to authenticate live class attendees. We never request, access, or store Gmail passwords, private emails, or Google Drive files.
4. Who Can Access Student Information
Only authorised Little Zaurez School academic directors and educators assigned to the student’s batch can access attendance rosters. Student data is never sold, leased, or shared with commercial third parties or advertising networks.
5. Data Retention & Parental Rights
Records are retained for the duration of the course batch plus applicable statutory audit requirements. Parents may request verification, correction, or deletion of their child’s records, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting head@littlezaurez.com.
